Package Purchases & Refund Policy

All purchases of the 12-session Method are final and entirely non-refundable.

Because these services may be reimbursed/paid for using health savings accounts (HSA) or flexible spending accounts (FSA), strict IRS regulations apply to the distribution and tracking of these funds.

Once a package is purchased, no partial or full refunds can be issued for unused sessions, nor can funds be refunded back to an HSA/FSA card.

Sessions Purchased/Unused will remain on Clients Account 16 weeks from the 1st Completed Session. Any unused sessions after 16 weeks will automatically expire.

Medical Pause : We understand that recovery is rarely linear. If you experience unexpected surgical complications, treatment changes (such as radiation scheduling shifts), or a direct medical setback, please notify us immediately. We will gladly pause your expiration timeline.

• A medical pause can be held for up to 6 months from the date the pause is requested.

• If you are unable to resume physical movement after 6 months on pause, you may transfer your remaining sessions to a friend, family member, or donate them to another recovering patient. If no transfer is initiated by the end of the 6-month period, the remaining sessions will expire.
