STEP 1: Get Your LMN 

Request the LMN - "We provide a pre-written Letter of Medical Necessity template specifically tailored for breast recovery. You can ask us to email it directly to you."

STEP 2: Have Your Care Team Sign It

STEP 3: Submit Claim

STEP 4: Get Reimbursed 

Check for Approval of HSA/FSA Reimbursement submission on your  portal and then see funds deposited directly into your bank account!
Upon payment, Maison RecoverHer will email you a clinically itemized medical receipt detailing your structured 5-phase treatment plan. Use this Receipt & your signed LMN and submit with your claim to your HSA/FSA Administrator.
Take this Letter to your next oncology, surgical, or physical therapy appointment. You can also upload it directly to your doctor's secure patient portal (like MyChart). Ask your provider to sign it, and list a specific diagnosis code (like breast cancer recovery, post-mastectomy rehabilitation or limited range of motion)
